Prospective Students

Please contact us. One of our admissions specialists will reach out to you to answer your questions and provide more information about the program and ASU's College of Technology and Innovation.

New Students

  • Freshmen: ASU Orientation is required for all first-time freshmen. Make your reservation today. If you are unable to attend an in-persion freshmen orientation, please contact our office to arrange an alternative experience.
  • Transfer: Please call 480-727-1874 or email technology@asu.edu to arrange an online or in-person appointment with an advisor. Visit the Transfer Credit Guide to determine the transferability of your courses.
  • Online: An online orientation is available for students in a College of Technology & Innovation online program.

Current Students

We strive to provide you with the support and information needed for you to reach your goal of a degree from Arizona State University. We recommend meeting with your advisor prior to registering for each semester to ensure that you are on track with your degree.

Course Override Requests

Electronic Petitions

Students may petition the College of Technology & Innovation to Register for an Overload of Hours, to Enroll in a Course for a Third (or More) Time, to Pursue Concurrent Undergraduate Degrees, to Enroll in a 500-level Course for Undergraduate Credit, for a Variance to General Studies or to Graduate Under an Old Catalog. Students should submit a request using the Petition for Adjustment of Curriculum form.
