Innovation Showcase Important Date Information

Monday, March 17

Project submission on website opens.

Print & Imaging Lab (PIL) poster submission opens.

Friday, April 11

Go the open photography session at the Make Media Lab (Technology Center, Room 190) for free, high resolution photos of your project and team.

Monday, April 14

Go the open photography session at the Make Media Lab (Technology Center, Room 190) for free, high resolution photos of your project and team.

Wednesday, April 16

LAST possible day to submit project information for set-up requirements.

No project submissions will be accepted after this date.

Tuesday, April 22

Attend an Innovation Showcase Career Prep Session at 3:00pm (Career Services Office).

Wednesday, April 23

LAST possible day to submit posters to PIL for printing.

No poster submissions will be accepted after this date.

Thursday, April 24

Attend an Innovation Showcase Career Prep Session at 4:00pm (Career Services Office).

Tuesday, April 29

Attend an Innovation Showcase Career Prep Session at 3:00pm (Career Services Office).

Wednesday, April 30

Project set-up at Sun Devil Fitness Complex (SDFC) from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.

Pick up printed poster(s) during this time at SDFC.

Thursday, May 1 - Innovation Showcase

External groups tour showcase from 9:00am - 1:00pm.

Student check-in and final project set up from 1:30pm - 2:30pm.

Doors open to public at 3:00pm.

Showcase ends at 6:30pm.

All projects moved out of SDFC by 7:00pm.

Attend one of the specialized Innovation Showcase Prep sessions, April 22 at 3:00pm, April 24 at 4:00pm, and April 29 at 3:00pm in the Career Services Office. Innovation Showcase is a great way to display your projects, but it is also the perfect venue to showcase your skills to potential employers. At these preparatory sessions, you will learn tips and tricks on how to dress professionally, how to fine tune your resume for multiple purposes, and how to pitch both your project and yourself to a variety of audiences.
